Best service and fabulous pizza we use to order it every week and we just love the pizza staff and personally Ankit the personally working there is so humble amd nice .. must try pizza veggi volcano and garlic bread.

I got food poisoning (timeline matched, symptoms ABSOLUTELY matched, and the pizza and wings were the only thing I ate that day). They refused to give me a refund, so I went to their food safety team who, after "investigating," said they don't think I got food poisoning because they didn't get any similar reports that day. That just means no one made a report - someone still might have got food poisoning. I used to like domino's, but I won't be buying from here again. I'm not saying avoid this place, but please, if you get food poisoning, report it so those responsible might be held accountable. I just think £23 for food poisoning is a rough deal.

Used to order pizza twice a month from the Ringmer branch. Now that it's moved to Lewes the pizza is very hit and miss, more likely to be awful, just depends on who's working. Didn't receive part of my order and have not had a refund after 20days and i chased it up twice. Overpriced thieves! Avoid unless you have no other choice.

Every single order I’ve made since the Lewes store opened there has been something wrong. Last time one pizza this time both pizzas. To late to have to wait around for replacements with 2 young children so more pizza in the bin and having to order in else where. Time to wait another 5 days for a refund. Bring back the ringmer store where they know what they’re doing ?

We wanted 2 large pizzas, and asked for any deals or special offers. When we visited to collect they tried to charge £26.99 when they had posters in the window advertising “any large pizza £9.99”. They would not change the price and said that we should have asked for the £9.99 deal. Would they use cheaper ingredients? We left the pizzas for them

Wanted to change one of my pizzas to a tomato sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce and was told It can not be done. Was not very helpful as I tried explaining but still didn't understand properly.
