I've have frequented this Restaurant many times over the years when I visit my friend who is a local resident. Each time I'm consistently pleased with all the components. However on my most recent visit it was elevated to the fact that I was served by a young man, Shane, who not only approached me with enthusiasm but he was knowledgeable of the menu. He is an exemplary representative of this Restaurant. Well done Shane. Thank you.

We went on a Thursday night last week after 9 pm as we were recommended by somebody local who rung ahead to make sure we got a table. We were greeted by a lovely young man who was very welcoming and happy to serve us . Sadly these days good service is hard to find. We had a bottle of red wine which was very nice and two bowls of salmone pasta which was one of the best we had tasted. We eat out normally in London or Brighton area's so that shows you how much we enjoyed our food here. We will definitely like to return to this little gem in Newhaven.

Fantastic Food, outstanding service... Ticks all the boxes.Kid-friendliness: Although no young kids on our table, there was others in the restaurant who were made more than welcome and entertained by the staff, always nice to see.

Some great taste! I'm local and could be biased as not many places around yet this is really good dining ? look at this portion for good price!

First time in Brighton and we were brought here by a relative who is a regular. Food was excellent and the staff were charming. Really enjoyable evening and very reasonably priced.

It was a bit quiet as we visited on a Tuesday. Good quality pizza. Might ask for a well done next time as the dough was a bit pale. Service was great. Didn't get the name of the person serving, he was great. Impressive selection of rum. One day we might have a tasting session with the owner?

I cannot comment on the food because I have not yet managed to experience the cuisine. I have visited twice at times when they are supposed be open but found them closed. I think it would be a great idea if the management could decide when they will open and advertise accordingly.

Lamb leg with mint was amazing. And a coffee, really tasty. Nice place recommend it.

Was hesitant to try after an awful breakfast experience a few years ago.Went out for a family meal, the pizzas were incredibly salty. Risotto was okay. Wine low quality. Would not return.

Simply the best pizzas we have ever had, also available gluten free. House wine is both affordable and drinkable. Staff have been the same for some time and are friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.

Awful! waiter forgot how to smile. Over priced. The potion sizes are small-Barbie size, the coffee is bitter and again small, you need a microscope to spot your Tiramisu served in a plastic pot!! Management/staff moaned at my disable son for wanting to use the toilet! The potatoes were hid underneath the tiny piece of meat, had to ask where they were as we thought they'd forgotten them! Awful!
