Very friendly staff, quick check in and the rooms were much better than expected. Looked like a 4 or 5 stars hotel, which surprised me. The only “downside” was just about the parking spaces being to narrow.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would like to give a special mention to Simon in the restaurant who made sure I was looked after. My husband had to be taken to hospital and after I returned from a hospital visit I found the restaurant was closed. I spoke to Simon, who knew the situation and he made sure that I was given a meal and told me that If I needed anything else to see him and he would try to help me out

Perfecttly located for a quick hop to the ferry. Very warm welcome from the staff on our late arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Car park was secure. The Brewers Fayre served an excellent breakfast and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
