Cafes in Peacehaven

“I have used the pantry many times but not for some time .I went for breakfast yesterday,unfortunately the eggs didn't match my personal taste I didn't complain because the staff were lovely and it was presented well the lady came to clear the table after we had eaten and asked if everything was OK I explained the problem?? With my breakfast and she apologised profusely and offered to cook me another one I said no I had eaten it and it was fine we all have personal preferences on how our eggs are done it was cooked fine and tasty but a minute either way makes a difference. The lady came over and refunded in full my payment I felt a bit guilty because everything was brilliant possibly just me being fussy I appreciated your gesture and will continue to use you Kind Regards Peter Gardner”

“Came in the other day, staff were lovely. Blonde lady and guy. 10/10 customer service. Which I have been finding is extremely lacking these days. Very refreshing when customer service is taken seriously being so rare.”
