Had a morning visit to my fav and the shop was heaving extra busy , the young lady in charge Jess was doing her best to get everybody served as quickly as possible , unfortunately there were a few customers who were not happy with having to wait and were quite rude . My wife and I tend to visit Costa outlets as the coffee is generally decent and the outlet at Peacehaven was no exception. We were there on a bitterly cold afternoon and it was great to go into the warm environment of this nicely laid out Costa. A young chap, named Chris, took our order and was exceptionally helpful finding a snack my wife could eat. Costa was so busy today and Jess The young lady in charge was doing her best to serve everyone as Quickly as she could , unfortunatley there were some very rude customers that were so impatient , the staff were doing their best, I hope the rude customers are ashamed of them selves we waited our turn and the service was Excellent as always
