Website says walk-ins and members only. Arrived at 8:30, to be greeted by the maitre-D who wouldn’t allow us in because they were “fully booked” (despite the fact I could see some free tables). The worst part was that on asking if they could please take our numbers in case of a cancellation as we would love to go, we were met with a very brief, unfriendly, unprofessional and unwelcoming “NO”. Given that this is my first ever review online, I’m sure you can understand how angry I was. Felt as if I was at the entrance to Annabelle’s in Mayfair. Absolute joke and certainly won’t ever attempt to go back, nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or family.

What a great find this bar is! We have seen 3 different bands in 2 days.. you MUST book a table when they have live music or you will be turned away..Huge shout out to Ollie! He runs a tight ship very well! Juggling constantly yet keeping everyone happy.Just have to mention Sethu too! What a character..serving drinks to tables, always with a smile.All the staff were very efficient and friendly.. .grear decor... great bands going in to play..Cant recommend highly enough!

Lovely little gem in Rye, definitely recommend going on a night when there is live music. Table service so the waitresses bring your drinks to you and you can just sit back and enjoy the music. Really great little

We found this little Gem after bieng recommended to itAfter having to cancel our trip to London & several weeks of bieng unwell we wanted to find somewhere nice & quirkyOliver looked after us & was very attentiveIn fact all the staff were very goodWe loved the atmosphereWe would definitely go backCocktails were very good tooAnd we were given a personal card to welcome us such a lovely little touch

First time here. Went for drinks with friends. Quite a compact venue but the atmosphere was excellent. Good choice of wines. Cocktail choice is limited to only a choice of 6 or 7 and were either whiskey or gin based. We didn't have food so can't give review on that side. Would go back.Beware ladies arriving in heels, the entrance is on quite a steep side road made of cobbles and bricks. Might be tricky after a few wines.
