“We were a family party of 9 and were made to feel very welcome by Steve. We were more than impressed with the quality of the food and presentation was first class. A short but well chosen wine list produced some enjoyable bottles to go with the food. An excellent evening out.”

“Just had lunch there with 2 friends. Two of us had the Earth Burger (plant based) and one had the chicken and pancetta pie. The burger was the very best I'd ever had, meat or plant based. Not being an expert on burgers but have experienced a Five Guys beef burger, i can honestly say the Earth burger exceeded my expectations and was certainly better than the Five Guys. It was juicy, full of flavour and the brioche bun was delicious.My friend's pie also went down very well.I'd say the Old Plough was worth going out of your way for. Certainly for the Earth burgers anyway.Friendly and professional staff and service.Only negative was the lack of soap in the toilets.”
