“We were coming back from the Beachy Head cliffs and wanted a quick lunch; boy what a treat! Don't let the shop's small size fool you, the subs are huge, loaded with flavor, and very well priced. The owner and customers were laughing and joking around, Tony even plinking out a few tunes on a keyboard. We really enjoyed feeling like we were regulars from the minute we walked in the door. If you're anywhere in the area, definitely stop by!”

“Popped in to grab something to eat on my lunch break and I’m so pleased I did. Best chips I’ve had in a long time.
Sausage batter was spot on.
Service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I couldn’t really rate the atmosphere as I was only in for a takeaway. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m over this way.”

“Another good value Sunday roast but unless you like your food smothered in gravy I would ask for it to be served separately. Nice gravy but the quantity spoiled the presentation. Good pub and the selection of real ales was impressive, the quality of the London Pride was excellent”
