Don't look at the front from the street it's awful!! Go in by the side or the rear through it's seated outside spaceA really busy pub from days of Olde - nothing fussy inside but lots of tables and spaceBut really you go for the beer and food neither of which disappoints. Called in on spec after a day travelling in the area. Excellent fish, chips and (surprisingly for a venue south of B'ham) very creditable mushy peas. Harvey's Sussex Best was well kept, too.

Good food.and the pub is oldy style but lots of room in side and out in the yard.The staff are helpful and very friendly. The prices are ok.It's worth going back to them as they say that they have live music and DJ there each weekend.
