The meal is delicious, simple, homemade. Seafood is the best made in the area. Great atmosphere and the service with a smile. You

Easily one of the best breakfasts I have had in Sussex not necessarily the biggest meal on first inspection but actually just right by the time we had eaten it All. however the Ingredients were top quality and cooked really well.and to be fair very good value for money considering the quality of the food.

I ordered a mozzarella and tomato salad It came - one sliced tomato and half a sliced mozzarella dribbled artistically with balsamic vinegar . Not good enough ?

Fabulous food and excellent service. A walk down memory lane for me. I used to live in Seaford and this place, although new, was superb. Great place for a solo meal or one with friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If the Grumpy Chef prepared such incredible food, I can only imagine the culinary delights the Happy Chef would create. To be honest, the food was simply amazing. We ordered a burger and a chicken breast, and both dishes were exceptional. The staff were also exceptionally friendly, and the ambience added to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience.

Cute and welcoming little cafe on the high street. Went there with both little ones and my husband for lunch. We ordered a salmon sandwich, a prawn sandwich and the mushroom one. They literally came as described, two thick slices of bread, bit of butter and one slice of smoked salmon.. for £6.50. Cokes came straight out of a bottle in a small glass.. no fizz left and for £2.50. Definitely a little steep. We won’t be returning.

My friends, husband and I booked a table for for 6 on a Saturday evening. From start to finish we had a fantastic evening. The food was outstanding and quote from my husband, 'it was the nicest meal I have ever had'. I completely agree ? We all had a starter, main and pudding. The prawns were delicious ? I had a Katsu curry and my husband had crab linguine and then shared a chocolate brownie for dessert. No photos as we couldn't wait to start. All 6 plates were empty at the end. The owners are the nicest people and they get stuck in and interact with their customers and a lot of regulars. The chef is amazing and all the staff there were friendly and made us feel really welcome. We cannot wait to come back ❤️ Thank you. 100% recommended.

Lovely place to eat out Excellent, clean, warm friendly service, good choice on the menu’s with a daily special boards. They must have the best coffee in Seaford. We have been here on a few occasions and have never been let down. Always busy and staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit x

After reading reviews I decided to give it a go with my husband, but I perhaps made a mistake of not booking a table. However, it was nearly 2 pm on a weekday, so I thought it would be fine to go in. It was quite full when we arrived and we were told that no table was available even though there seemed to be 2 unoccupied tables. We ended up with no lunch and my husband had a haircut instead. We walked passed later around 2:30pm and the restaurant was almost empty. Perhaps the waiter should have suggested for us to come back in 20 minutes? What a shame!

An excellent place for a relaxed lunch with family or friends. The service was spot on and the meals that we selected were all delicious. We will return

We had a tasty brunch on a quiet Sunday morning. Staff were attentive and nice and the breakfast food was delicious, I had the full greedy options with really did the trick! Others had an egg royale that was also good. Coffees were good quality too.

We visit Seaford frequently and came here a couple of years ago for lunch and remembered it being excellent. The food wasn't quite as good this time. It's a lovely place with nice decor and atmosphere, playing good music and the staff are friendly (although slightly inattentive). The food is a bit bland though, given the fancy descriptions and the price - £14.50 for a main course. The olive and humus starters came with sliced, buttered bread/ dry, tasteless toast, the chips were doused in salt and the salad leaves looked rather limp as if it had come straight out of a packet. The burger did not have any side salad and there weren't any sunblushed tomatoes or pesto in the goats cheese tart. It was basically all cheese with a few onions. For Seaford, this is a really nice place, but if you want to serve fancy food and charge those prices, then you perhaps need to up your game in the kitchen a bit.

Not quite as good this time sadly, i feel in my humble opinion the team had a bad day perhaps they were short staffed. Service was slow and the food seemed to be overcooked and a little dry. There were two boys serving both seemed to be stressed with one with better customer service than the other. I can not be sure but the chef on the day did not seem to be the owner and maybe that was why. We love the place so we hope that this was just a bleep and we will be back.

Really nice avocado and toast, we asked the waiter and it was made vegan for us which was fab!Warning: A lot of people got turned away as it was quite busy and some tables had been reserved.
