Love the space and the service, but the Sunday roast had cold meat. Gravy was good so I should have poured it on top. I can cook a better roast. Well priced. I’ll go back to try brunch.

Food was cold we tried to tell the lady but she walked away was unfazed then a issue as all the men were urinating in a cubical in the ladies as the door had fallen off no one cared it was unpleasant and non of the men washed Their hands I genuinely felt disgusted by the lack of care when served and the lack of hygiene generally. I did alert the staff members to the men in the ladies pissing publicly but they just shrugged their shoulders they didn’t seem to care. Shame as I’ve always enjoyed the food in the past but returning I won’t risk as the hygiene is now a major issue plus cold food I would pass this as an option if you haven’t been. Not worth the potential gastroenteritis or suffer bad service would be my advice!!

I had Sunday Lunch (Beef Pork or both) very nice well cooked food, lovely atmosphere, sit inside or outside (I think) we sat inside, large portion, plenty enough food, we had that and a 2 lagers and it was £23 I think which is fine

Go check Casey and the gang on a Sunday for the roast.. nothing cures a hangover better than a roast dinner on the beach front on a Sunday afternoon ? 1st time I've gone for lunch but be quick coz they get snapped up fast!

We went for a stroll & had thought about booking at Oscar's. When we got there, we decided to continue with our booking, & went inside, but it got a little confusing as we were stood on the steps, waiting. The girl that spoke to us was lovely, though, & set our minds at rest. We chose to sit outside, which was great, except that the area around Warrior Square is very 'Bohemian', especially in the lighter evenings, & our evening was a little tainted by smells we weren't wanting to smell. The burgers were great. One of us had meat, one had veggie, but they were both tasty. The chips were well cooked, & the mac & cheese was great too. We paid easily, & everyone was chatty & friendly. It's just a shame we aren't appreciative of extra curricular smoking.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Best place in town. Friendly staff, the food is amazing, and not too expensive. I am never disappointed. Very cool, lovely and happy people, makes all the difference. BTW best roast by far
