Ordered via Just Eat, waited almost 2 hours for food. Appreciate they are busy but this is far too long to wait for lunch. Missed lunchtime, and food turned up cold and soggy. Never again.

Eaten from here twice. First time I was sick. Gave it the benefit of the doubt.Today ordered again and have since been very ill since eating.Terrible hygiene by the looks of it. Will not be returning. AVOID !!

Amazing sandwiches. Perfectly made. Friendly cheerful staff on the hottest day in the world … and they whipped up my partners teriyaki sandwich despite being out of the actual mix itself :)

Ordered food from Uber Eats so there is a printed order, yet a meal was missed (which is not the first time).Salad box was very supposed to be a complete mix but was heavily lettuce and jalapeño. It was almost inedible. Better getting a salad from Tesco. ?

2nd time ordering from Subway Uckfield, second time missing items. Food arrived cold, so not sure how things can go so wrong. Not sure I have the confidence of ordering from here again.

Disappointed that every time I order and order crisps I get sent the wrong ones, substituted because apparently out of stock. No communication that they are out of stock. Only aware when a random picked flavour turn up, £1 a bag too! Would be nice to have it communicated so that I could chose from what they DO have in stock. They have phone number so why can’t they call?
