was served by a lovely lady named Liz tonight who helped me in saving money on my purchase tonight by signing me up to the reward card. She could have easily made me pay full price but went out of her way to to get me the best price. Liz is a credit to the company!!

…a handy gas station for local shopping and good opening hours where you can really find everything we need in our lives, free cash machine, PayPoint, The National Lottery, coffee machine, HGV diesel pump, air compressor, screen wash pump, vacuum & fresh machine, car wash area, good range of the best quality fresh vegetables, items for general household consumption, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and refrigerated products for sale and even more than we could imagine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful ☺️

I am writing to let you know much much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff provided and I would like to compliment two of your employees in particular, the onsite manager, Steve and the cashier Emily.My mother who is 70 years old had her car breakdown over a mile away and was left to walk to the nearest petrol garage as her phone wasn't working. After walking to Sainsbury's East Mayne, the staff there refused to help. She was so upset and distraught trying to get ahold of us. She then walked to your BP garage in East Mayne and luckily Emily and Steve went above and beyond to comfort her by offering her a free coffee and a snack while they tried to get ahold of me. I quickly arrived moments later and I personally thanked the two of them. All evening my mother couldn't stop talking about how much she loved Steve and Emily's customer friendly attitude.Please accept my gratitude towards Steve and Emily. Their commitment to customer service is to be commended. This is a pure textbook example of how customer service should be. Other petrol garages, Esso, Shell, Sainsburys & Tesco.... take note!

DO NOT USE THE CARWASH - Called the petrol station today to mention that after using the carwash (basic wash with no drying) my car was dirtier than when I got there and the reply was "Its got to do with the hard water we use", no offer of a free premium wash let alone a refund and quite rude - I am a water treatment chemical engineer and this is not acceptable. I have been using carwashes for decades in all parts of the country (hard and soft water areas) and know the difference between a good one and a bad one. I very rarely leave bad reviews but in this case the attitude of the manager was not what I was expecting from BP.
AVOID THE CAR WASH.Have washed my car twice "PREMIUM WASH", leaves water marks all over the car...

Need urgent improvement on car wash. Second time I have paid for superwash £7 and car has been washed with water only, no shampoo and so on. Machine itself rusty and most of spray nozzles clogged..

It's got a good choice of food and drink etc, it's really not cheap though,specially the beer which is a ridiculous price.great choices of monster energy here so that's always a bonus.as I say not cheap, but overall a good place with most things you could need on offer
