So I ordered a some pizzas online and thought I’d clicked on the deal for 50% off pizza and ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides , well when the driver arrived he only delivered 1 pizza and 2 sides , confused I checked the receipt and called Pitsea Pizza Hut where o spoke to the manager Russel …… all I can say is what great customer service this guy had , he listened , and did all he could to try and rectify my issue , I can honestly say that this manger is a credit to Pizza Hut …… he is the reason I will continue to order from Pizza Hut , thank you Russel you are the deffiniton of a good manger

I generally haven't had sushi so nice in such a long time, also the customer service is great as they will sometimes give you something big or small with what you buy which is really. I would 100% recommend this place and they deserve 5 stars. My normal order is salmon nigiri and maki which always tasts really good. Price wise I would say its good (cheaper than other places). 5 stars definitely!

I've tried nearly all of the Chinese takeaways in Laindon and Basildon, and this by far the best. The satay sauce is the proper stuff I've been looking for; dark brown, savoury, nutty, warm heat, thin layer of oil on top kind of satay sauce. It's in a totally different league to the gloopy, overly sweet, pale brown greasy slop that other places seem to serve up. I'm really not sure why other reviews suggest the portion sizes are small, the food is served in standard plastic takeaway containers, the same size as every other Chinese takeaway in the area. I highly-recommend the food from Wok 'n' Roll and will be returning here many times again in future.

Highly recommended. 1st time tonight that I have eaten from here and I must say that my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. We both ordered a large kebab and chips to share. The pitta bread was cooked properly on the grill, almost charred and crispy in places which gave great texture. The meat is flavoursome and the salad was extremely fresh and lovely presented, we ask for our sauce and salad to be separate which was accomodated and the fries were crispy. Delivery was very prompt. All that I mentioned are the basics of a enjoyable kebab yet so many places in Basildon fail to achieve. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

We called in just after 5pm, the restaurant was very quiet. Me, my daughter and my grandson, who was celebrating his 17th birthday. We all had the meal offer, pizza, salad bar, side, drink and desert. The pizzas were nice and hot. We were served by Hayley, who was really great, makes all the difference. Went in on a Friday evening, the chap on the desk was super busy, but took my order (set meal for two) and got going. I waited about 15 mins, and the food arrived. It was a big bag! They were nice and friendly as I left.My kids and I were just staying at a friend's house around the corner, so the food was still piping hot when we got home. Opened up the array of packages and boxes and was amazed. So much food.I was a bit worried as the bright colour of the curry isn't what I'm used to, but the taste was delicious! The bhajies were crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. The potato dish was amazing, not like anything I've had before. The kids loved the Naan breads, describing them and buttery and soft.The "meal for two" satisfied one (large) adult, two teenagers and my youngest son (11). Work out at about £6.50 each. Bargain.

This is located at the junction of Laindon High Road and A127, by the fortune of war roundabout. This petrol station used to offer the cheapest price in the area once upon a time, but not any more these days. Just your usual BP petrol station here. Has a cash machine which is free to use. Also offers air and water facilities for your vehicle. The convenience store is also useful and it has a pretty good range of stuff. This can only be accessed from the London bound side of the carriage way (A127) or from the Laindon High Road. Once you are done, be patient while you try to get back on to A127, as the road is very busy during rush hour.
