Oh. My. Goodness. I can’t believe what just happened. I’ll write in detail:\\n(night time service at the window)I smiled and said real McCoy’s, blue ones. I saw him pick up the wrong packet. I knocked on the window to inform him, but he didn’t look left or right and marched back to the till. When I politely asked for the other packet he launched into a verbal attack with a heavy accent, saying things like “customers come here and make us go up and down”, “you think it’s funny”, “your supposed to know the flavours”..he insisted I buy what crisps he had brought to the till - for a moment I considered it because it was only a packet of crisps- but then I politely asked for the packet I actually wanted...he again carried on his rant, patronising me, being extremely rude, sarcastic grins dismissing my apologies. I apologised several times just to calm him down but it wasn’t working. He was furious, completely livid. I did not argue back he eventually (approx 5 mins later) went back to get the crisps. He again continued to insult and patronise me about wasting his time. I remained quiet. He threw the money and crisp into the tray and storms off to prepare raw chicken in the back room.\\n\\nCustomers shouldn’t be treated like this. Appalling, disgusting, vile place and people.\\n\\nIf you want to be treated horribly, go here.

Very rude people , i asked both of them fat cnts nkt to put the leaf and the straw on the table and pass it in my hand , they did not want and they answered in a very disrespectful and rude way . I had enough of you, rude poeple and this will go to consumer rights !

Every single BP that I have visited has the slowest till system in the world!!! Sometimes heve had to wait in a huge cue with one member of staff serving.
This is located at the junction of Laindon High Road and A127, by the fortune of war roundabout.
This petrol station used to offer the cheapest price in the area once upon a time, but not any more these days.
Just your usual BP petrol station here. Has a cash machine which is free to use. Also offers air and water facilities for your vehicle. The convenience store is also useful and it has a pretty good range of stuff.
This can only be accessed from the London bound side of the carriage way (A127) or from the Laindon High Road. Once you are done, be patient while you try to get back on to A127, as the road is very busy during rush hour.
