Ordered food here via Uber eats (you cannot review a merchant on the app??). Took over an hour to prepare, the whole order was two burgers and a side. As a person who works fast food themselves, this takes the piss.

I visited yesterday for lunch. i attempted to use the wc facilities and was disgusted beyond words. in the male wc's one cubicle had human excrement piled above the water line covered in flies and the stench was vile !! the toilet seat was filthy so were the floors. the other cubicle wc was also filthy and the seat had excrement around it. I tried the disabled wc in hope that this would be better and this was in a similar state. I complained to the manager and was so disgusted that i could not eat from such an un hygienic establishment. This was not recent dirt and was the worst toilet facility i have ever seen in the uk. I shall be reporting this store to environmental health and food hygiene standards. This is a disgrace and i will be making my views very public. M. Charles

No fizzy drinks and the burger I wanted wasn't available. I decided to go elsewhere, which wasn't that much better.

They advertise as food cooked to order. So a cold burger and cold hard chips is cooked to order? No hot drinks, no large drinks

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front. Although the server did apologise for the wait, the staff were making no effort to get everybody served in a timely fashion. They were idle and indifferent to the customers waiting. They didn't look understaffed, they just looked like the staff couldn't be bothered. And I usually love Burger King, I prefer the food to other competitors, but the food from here wasn't worth the wait like I'd hoped it'd be. It was really disappointing to be honest. I'll think twice before heading back there again. It's a shame, because it looks like it's had money thrown at it my corporate, but it also looks like there's no management there, and no competant staff in there. The litter across the car park was disgusting, and looked like it'd been there for a long time, so nobody is picking up the litter outside either. It really looked like this franchise had been left to go under, and unless corporate throw somebody in there to turn it around, that's probably what will happen unfortunately. Shame, because it used to be so much better than that, just needs a good kick up the backside to restore it to its previous standards.

10 minutes to be served and then a 15 minute wait for food. Awful customer service. Could have got food quicker at a restaurant. Not fast food. 18 odd people in the queue behind me still not served. Workers just standing staring at the food production waiting for people to make food. Where is the manager?!?

Awful. Went there Sat night on the 13th. Had an XL bacon dbl cheeseburger and part of the bun was hard like it had dried out, no taste at all ended up throwing it away. The drinks were flat and the chips and burger were barely warm. I do like a BK but defo won't be going there again. Had to give 1 star so I could comment otherwise would be 0 stars.

I love BK food. But this branch has to be the slowest service of any bk branch in the world. You could honestly drop down dead of starvation while waiting here. There has been two people in front of me max but I haven't been served after 10 mins. More urgency in a morgue.

We had to wait at least 10mins for our order at the drive through even though we were the only customer's there at 5pm .I wish I'd read the reviews and had gone to the Mcdonalds we had passed. What a waste of money and we'd made a special trip there as a half term treat.My Whopper burger seemed like a whole bottle of ketchup had been thrown into it and the sprite tasted of soda water.I'd avoid this Burger King if you don't want to throw your money away and get a meal fit for the bin.So annoying!

Went round the drive through last night with my mum and just wanted to say we were really impressed with the service and quality of meal. Our server was Mike, he was enthusiastic, friendly and what we all want through a drive thru - fast! I have been a McDonald’s manager before and I was really impressed, I’m sure he will go far. We ordered the new plant based burger with fries and we’re clearly made fresh. I have given 4 stars as the milkshake flavours were limited and the sprite, but I understand what it’s like running a fast food restaurant sometimes - it is what it is. Thank you Mike and the team for your quality service.

I requested "no ketchup" on my Mums burger due to slight allergy and preference. My Mums burger had smears of ketchup where it was obviously scraped off when added. As we had a time constraint to eat and go, I didn't highlight this as no harm done this time but there could have been a reaction. As I'm a nurse I am able to deal with Mums allergy but others may not know how to deal with it. Please tell your people who make the burgers up, to be extra careful when something is highlighted. If it wasnt for the fact we had somewhere to be after, I would have had a word with the manager. I will next time if happens again.
