Their perfect flat whites and lattes are a must-try. The owners' warmth and personalised recommendations create a memorable experience. I'm already planning my return for their off-menu granary toast with peanut butter, honey, and banana. Don't miss their customisable smoothies—I had a delightful spinach, avocado, banana, honey, and peanut butter blend. With comfortable seating, air conditioning, reasonable prices, and the added perk of being opposite the best mechanic I know, George from SGH Autos, it's a definite must-visit! “It hadn't lot long opened when I visited for breakfast (owners had owned aniother cafe nearby,) they offer a large menu and the food was of good quality. Highly recommended.”

“Locally run cafe with very good menu lots of choice and special children's menu, when weather permits additional tables and chairs are put outside, the cafe is well staffed and very clean, can get busy at times so this confirms how popular this cafe ”

“I wasnt sure whether to come here or not because I'm just a builder having lunch at work, but the price was only slightly higher than your classic greasy spoon, and the food was 10x better. Get your eggs poached, truuuuussst me!!! While I've been eating there's been 2 separate tables of regular customers that the staff know by namez that's always a good sign. Super polite, very reasonable but you should come here for the food, it's glorious!!!And after reading previous reviews and seeing the cafe, I can only imagine the carnage that would follow if 15 cyclists clad in lycra like power rangers that don't know what colour they are turned up for a skinny soy milk latte! The staff are as polite as can be, and it clearly was (and always will be) the cyclists fault.Quick addition, all the reviews are relatively ambiguous on the price, I got a "Weekender" 2 bacon 2 sausage 2 egg beans and mushrooms and 2 toast (freshly baked bread) for £12!!”

“Fall out of Basildon Bud Station and Greggs is down closest towards the Eastgate entrance.Always full of happy to help and smiling staff, food is always hot in the mornings especially for the early birds like myself, they even let you know if a product has been there a little while(Which to me does not matter as in and out of the store) very helpful with vegan and vegetarian offers, small range but it’s still there.Always happy to go here now that I have a working app! 5/5!”

“Amazing service from the staff today, I didn’t catch her name but she was very polite and patient and helped me figure out how to use the app. She even brought over mine and my friends drinks when we went to find a seat. Pizza and hot chocolate was 10/10 as always. :)”

“This morning I ordered 2 breakfast deals (which includes 2 coffee's & baguettes) I used just eat.When it arrived there was a coffee missing so instead of contacting just eat (had issues with them in the past) we called Greggs themselves.Now instead of them saying "there's nothing we can do contact just eat blabla" the manager personally replaced the drinks and gave us a complimentary treat.Very happy with the service ???”
