The major thing that let's it down is it doesn't do half and half toppings like any other Domino's. They are quite abrupt if you ask why.

Deliver driver cut a small slice of the pizza and must of eaten it I was that disgusted I trew it out actually felt sick wish I took a picture ?

Ordered from this awful place for the second time and it was not a great experience!Firstly, as I arrived in the shop the girl on the till was chatting to a man who looks like a twig! Both ignored me as I entered. I was stood there for 58seconds before anyone acknowledged i was there. In addition, another staff member saw me and looked away to not make eye contact with me probably because she was lazy and couldn't be bothered! Instantly I knew it was going to go downhill from here.Secondly, when I was finally acknowledged I got no apology or friendly smile, just a miserable spotty face annoyed young lady. When I arrive home with my pizza which was meant to be 2 large pizza's, 2 sides and cookies (Big deal meal) I ended up with 2 MEDIUM size pizzas which were dry, cold, boring and not easy on the eyes. Everyone in my house hated the pizzas and ultimately the pizzas ended up in the bin!Finally, I did ring back to discuss my order and was met with stink attitude from the young lady. She said I made an order online which I did not, and if I made the order online why did you take my payment at the till. She also said what they have in store is different from what is online but she did not explain that when I was making the order over the phone. She kept mentioning online which was so irrelevant. I have made the exact same order 2 weeks ago and the service and food was much better. I normally order from dominos pizza in romford, have done so for years, I thought let me try somewhere local but never again!!! I prefer to travel 20mins and meet professional and happy staffs who provide great service instead of travelling 6 mins for terrible tasting pizza with awful service. Never again will I set foot in that resturant! 0 STARZZZZI thought rather than argue over the phone I will just leave a reviewTHE END :-(

Huuuge disappointment with this store. I recently moved to Basildon and this was my first ever order from this store and shock of all shocks, when it was time to deliver, the delivery person calls me and says they can’t deliver to my flat and I have to meet them at reception- why? I asked and she said they don’t have insurance so if they have an accident coming up to my flat, they don’t get paid. I was flabbergasted. I have lived in different parts of the UK and Domino’s has always been my go to pizza place , never have I ever had such a bizarre excuse for not delivering to my door. Every single Domino’s in every other part of the UK that I lived delivered direct to my door , I don’t have to make a trip down to the lobby to “collect” something I paid to have delivered to my door for convince . To make matters even more annoying, I happen to have a mobility disability so when I think of what I have to do to get down to the lobby to collect a large order comprising several boxes from this Domino’s Basildon Pitea delivery, I figure as much as I love Domino’s, it’s not worth the stress and pain. So thanks Domino’s Basildon Pitsea, you’ve lost a very lucrative customer . Hopefully one day they catch up with the rest of their competitors who actually deliver direct to door and do not stop at lobby

Wonderful place, high quality food and very good presentation. The price is absolutely great for dominos, and usual wait time for delivery.

Unfortunately this store does not accept cash and says hasn't for 2 years, which I'm sure by law they need too or publicly display this however they do not. The staff were then talking about it behind the counter and laughing as I asked where the sign was to state they do not accept cash. Dominos has gone down hill, which is a shame, I will not be returning to this store, I will stick to the Benfleet branch much better organised and can pay cash or card. Very disappointed with the rudeness and attitude of this store and the talking behind the counter when all I did was ask a question.

Good quality pizza and delivery I didn't have any problems so I can honestly recommend it to anyone. Good value for money and some parking outside but depending on the time you may find busy as there is a limited space. Very good location as it is very close to the main roundabout and there is few other shops in here as well...
