I brought a medium pizza delivered with chicken and coke for £25 they sent me a 7 inch pizza when I called up he was very rude said he’s the manager he told me to bring the pizza back to him ? He then became very rude telling me to come down there then as if that a threat so I’ll be down there after work to see if his hands have the same energy his mouth does.

Order came on time but was lukewarm. Toppings good but the pizza dough was tough and not cut very well. Also no need to add single use sauces if not ordered. Wouldn’t use again but hope this feedback helps!

Terrible customer service from the actual owner not the staff!...called to order and asked for the deal on the actual website and was told they are not doing, that deal basically calling me a lair so I changed my order and the girl was having trouble with the tills and asked help from the manager SAM, he was so impatient and rude telling me am wasting time because I had to change my order because of the error on the website. The manager needs to take a course on how to deal with customer service! We as a family usually order regularly and the pizzas are decent. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE! POSSIBLE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BASILDON. I ordered from a different place after the disappointing and appalling service from Sam!

I've been ordering pizza from here for years and never had a problem. My pizza and garlic bread had burnt bits on in so I called the store and said that it wasn't burnt and it had hair on the girl was so rude apparently I'm getting a refund let's see I won't be going back such rude

Ordered pizza for over £18. However, I received a phone call shortly afterwards saying that their oven was broken. They assured me that they would refund the money. 8 days later I have not received a penny so I will get Barclaycard to get the money back!

Ordered 13" pizza hawwian with extra pineapple and mushroom, specifically asked in the comments for garlic dip.... it arrived quickly but I do live very near. I opened it immediately to find barbecue sauce, no garlic dip and 1 peice of pineapple on each slice of pizza! Certainly not extra pineapple as paid for! So phoned to ask where dip was and extra pineapple....? Received very unsatisfactory response! Basically tough luck! The person reading the order didn't bother to read my request for garlic dip and the chef will put on what he likes! And they wouldn't come back out to correct it even though I live 2 min drive away! She then put the phone down!!!I'm fuming!! So rude and order incorrect and missing extra addition of pineapple so basically not how I paid for it or like it, I hate barbecue sauce which I told her!
