Ridiculously long wait for uninspiring lukewarm burgers!All was going good, our drinks order arrived within 15 minutes and our food order was taken. This is the point it all went wrong! It took 30 minute's for our chicken wings to arrive, and at this point we ordered more drinks. This was followed by a 40 minute wait for the drinks to arrive and the starter plates to be taken.45 minute's after finishing our starter's we asked how long our main course would be? We were told our order was next out, 30 minute's later we asked the cook (not chef as a chef wouldn't serve cold food that's supposed to be hot) how much longer? And was told it coming! We was about to leave 20 minute's later when it finally arrived.The good points here are there is loads of places to park outside with a number of disabled spaces. However there are steps at the back and quite a few stools so you should be advised to book in advance and advise them.Overall? Don't bother, you'll waste an evening and leave feeling like you've been on a 3 hour odd flight with all the stiff joints to match.

A great pre-cinema dining spot. Service is always friendly and reasonably quick if you’re trying to make a screening at Cineworld. I’ve dined here 4 or 5 times over a 12 month period, steak is always cooked as ordered, there’s a good variety of sides and specials - and the wide selection of accompanying sauces is a nice addition. Overall - it’s a good spot, marked down if only because the value for money comparable to similar restaurants is a little on the more expensive side.

Menu was okay with enough choice, but there was very little indication of how spicy some food is. Would be nice to add more salads to the sides menu. Some of our steaks were fine, while some had excess gristle. Portions were good but reflected price. I would eat here again, but i won't be in a rush too.

Never been here before, think I'd go again.. although we went week before Christmas and was actually not very busy, which I think helped service. The food was ok I didn't order anything too 'out there' so not sure what anything more now flavour combination would be like. The server was very nice and friendly. Handy location for the cinema afterwards.Parking: Large cinema carpark, but can actually be hard to find a place at the weekends when good films are out.Wheelchair accessibility: Large ground level doors and tables I think would be accessible. Suggest booking and asking for specific need, as other tables are high stool type or booths.

What fab place to eat and drink, ordered chicken tower pleasantly surprised...Nice flavours and great combination. Services was spot on nice and friendly, excellent throughout.

Had a wonderful family meal to celebrate my daughter getting an amazing new job. Three generations, my daughter, myself and hubby, plus my parents. The staff are absolutely amazing! We had Crystal serving us . Adorable, personable and so accommodating as was the Manager Kim. Huge shout out to Jess the chef. The food was faultless in every way. I have dined in here four times now and cannot recommend enough. Cauliflower starter 10/10 and so was the salmon salad.Thanks so much guys Yve x

Wow. 5* is just not enough. Delicious and great value for money. The staff are amazing, the food arrives hot and not too long a wait between courses, in fact, just right. Perfect steak. We will be visiting again, soon! Alice and Tammy were perfect hosts.

food was awful and cold. t-bone steak was worst ever seen before. wife had the bacon cheese burger and had no flavour what so ever and bun was rock solid. would totally avoid only good point was the manager was very friendly and understanding

Popped in pre cinema. Haven't written a review for a while but got to say food was great. Amy the lady looking after us was absolutely brilliant and has a new fan with out 8 year old. Really friendly. Would gladly co.e back again!
