Id never actually had a five guys before so thought I'd give it a try and have one for lunch today, I really wish I hadn't of bothered! I've brought a box of 4 frozen burgers from Iceland for £2 and they are miles better than these extremely overpriced ones, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger chips and a drink and it was a few pence short of £20, most of the cheese was melted and stuck to the inside of the wrapper and it looked like someone had sat on it to make it fit in the wrapper, the un generous serving of onions were bootsale burger wagon quality and the even less serving of bacon was tiny, crispy and tasted of nothing at all, I've never seen chips like that either, soggy and mostly skin from the potato, very unsatisfying not appealing to look at and definitely not worth the money, not quality whatsoever, if I had to sum it up in one word without swearing it would be EHHH, worst £20 I've ever spent on food, ridiculously stupidly over priced for no quality whatsoever

Ordered collection takeaway Sunday evening.Spent just under £30, got home unwrapped our order, the patties was a lot smaller than we have previously had, and was totally tasteless. Due to being so hungry we ate them. Early hours of the morning both myself and my husband had a very bad stomach. I emailed and complained, had a reply to say as no one had reported they was ill it must have been coursed by something else. I can assure you we will never be visiting one of your stores again. Very over priced for the amount you get!!

I went with my 5 year old daughter. She was desperate for a milkshake and loved her banana shake. Unfortunately she dropped it almost immediately but the server came straight over and told her he would make her a fresh one! They didn't need to do this and it really made her day as she was so upset. She's now asking when we can go back.

Having seen the bad reviews I avoided trying 5 guys - All I can say is I’ve eaten hundreds of burgers in my life and these are top! Perfectly cooked juicy burgers with loads of toppings. The chips are huge and defo would need to share, they were also crispy and super fresh. Don’t listen to the bad reviews they’re nonsense. I’ll be back

The food in this 5 guys is amazing. It beats any burger I've ever had. They are so fresh and I love all the add on's, the fresh pickles go amazing in these burgers, the fries are lovely too and so is the choice of drinks. The staff come across as uber friendly and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. 5* each and every time.Parking: Theres always somewhere to park outside the restaurant.

Dirty, messy and inattentive staff who ignore your order and get it wrong!Grossly expensive for what you get too, I had a dry roll with overcooked hotdog that was solid on its surface. As the owner will see by the volume of my reviews here and on trip advisor (just over 1900) I know my food. The venue needs far more regular cleaning. So few customers so much mess.Had a series of tortuous e mails with the company. No apologies for the errors and they think splashes of ketchup etc on the side and chips and rubbish on the floor as the venue not having any cleanliness concerns! Their rationale being that the venue was quiet! My view would be, if it’s that quiet there is time to do cleaning. Their prices are premium, the experience is unhappy shopper!
