“We are relatively frequent customers to Basildon Pizza Express and we always are met thankfully by the same servers Zim and Felicia. Honestly they make our meal such a delight. Ive been many times alone with my 3 boys and they’ve been great helping keep the kids entertained while i sort the youngest or chatting away to them to make my elder two boys feel important. Foods always spot on and they go above and beyond checking if we need any more drinks etc. Its so nice to be able to go somewhere and see the same staff and build a rapport with them so you feel welcomed when returning. Food is always hot, delicious and you dont have a long wait. Thank you.”
