Amazing service from the staff today, I didn’t catch her name but she was very polite and patient and helped me figure out how to use the app. She even brought over mine and my friends drinks when we went to find a seat. Pizza and hot chocolate was 10/10 as always. :)

I use Gregg's almost every day best bacon roll and coffee and very pleasant staff in all their shops...PS remember to have your card stamped for your free coffee

Love the pastry, prices are competitive, staff are friendly. The only thing that lets this place down in my opinion is the fact that they do not warm up the food after it gets cold ?.If they would reheat food it would be a game changer!
After a friend was let down with food for a funeral this shop was fantastic made samwich and sausage rolls with only 90mins notice. Well done greggs basildon

Friendly staff….but I ordered egg roll but the lady did not wear gloves I’m sorry but handling money and then rolls is a no so that’s for the 1 star…greggs needs to look in to this I think.

Very unhygienic handling food with no gloves whist taking money and using the tills. When mentioning to my server another server called Maril then got herself involved being defensive & argumentative about the fact they wash their hands and Gregg’s doesn’t use gloves? Funny that the Gregg’s a few minutes away does! You do not wash your hands after serving every customer!
