Would like to take this opportunity to thank Ela so much for a wonderful experience when visiting the harvester today. Nothing was too much trouble. She was attentive to our need, so polite and friendly, and made sure we were alright through the whole of our visit the best visit we have had in a while. Her personality shined through.Thank you for your positive vibe.

A busy and cavernous Harvester, pub grub people pleasers. Went on a rowdy Saturday but was surprised how secluded we felt. Shout out to Bill who was a terrific host, fetching extra drinks and very intuitive.

Terrible service.Had a family meal here with 11 people. I had a 25% off voucher was told I couldn't use it as someone at the table had ordered off the Christmas set menu and therefore nobody at the table can have the discount. After explaining that me, my wife and child had only ordered the standard menu they said as its all on the same bill it doesn't matter what we ordered even though I never asked for the bill to come together with everyone at the table. Waitress was a little rude also.I won't be returning to your restaurant again or any harvester in the future. Disgusting behaviour and completely ruined the evening. In reply to the manager response to the review no discount was used my anyone because they would not allow it because of terms and conditions of someone else's choice of meal at a party sized meal table and nothing to do with me, my wife or child who I was paying for as explained at the time.

Just want to say a big thank you ! We were a large table of 15 on Boxing DayAnd we were looked after from the moment we sat down to the time we left, the two waitresses were great !Thank you ?

Ordered a takeaway- pasta was disgusting and inedible. Two meals ordered each had only about 10 chips and the beans were in a sauce pot. Literally one baby mouthful. The chicken burger had the end of an overcooked chicken breast in the bun ( about 1.5 inch in size).I opened and thought 'is someone taking the piss?'.

Very good waitress and the manager Dan excelled with sorting out our preorder as I , in particular, am somewhat awkward when it comes to food, but nothing was a problem whatsoever.Wheelchair accessibility: No problems whatsoever..staff happy to assist in a polite, professional manner

We arrived every so slightly late (11 minutes) to the restaurant due to bowling running over and was greeted by a server who proclaimed that we may not be able to eat as last orders for food was 8.30pm. We found this odd as our table was booked for 8.30pm!! We were then told we had 5 minutes to make our decision and order before the kitchen would no longer serve us.We were then left ages before someone took our order our food arrived quickly and the plates were piping hot, however the food was luke warm and dry. One of our group members chose to have salad and honestly the salad bar was a mess halfway through her food she was asked if she had finished getting salad as they were clearing it away. The toilets during our visit were filthy and there was large copwebs behind the toilet door and of quite a disgusting appearance. What’s frustrating is that our group contained many front line workers and professionals and we actually intended to spend a large amount of mo why and enjoy our time in the restaurant but everything was so hurried and the team were very pushy about time. I normally always have an amazing experience at harvester but this was abysmal and honestly I was embarrassed to take my group of friends to experience this after such a great evening prior. My post says my complaint has been replied to however I can’t find the replyWheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility

We were a group of 30 people having a Christmas do. The service was excellent, our waitress was Stacey who coped admirably with the workload. We were slightly disappointed by the early closing (last orders 21.45). The food was very good and excellent value, and the famous salad bar is as good as ever. Thanks

We do love a harvester. Only gripe is the price you pay for the portion size. We had 2 original combos which comes with 1/4 chicken . Ribs and chips. I think the chicken must of been on a diet other then that everything was OK.Dietary restrictions: You get asked before you orderKid-friendliness: Kids welcomeWheelchair accessibility: Good all round space

Wasn't disappointed, great bit of food, no aftermath in the toilet after eating it ?Wish their drinks machine had more sugar free drinks though, had tango and realised when I went to drink it that it was full sugar ?

I don't often post reviews but feel this is very much deserved. The best meal I have had in a long time. Especially a Christmas one! Couldn't fault the food and very reasonably priced in my eyes for Christmas and the portion sizes.Service was very helpful and polite and willing to help. I would definitely recommend. I just hope other Harvesters match up to this one! Thank you!
