Genuinly the WORST McDonald's I have ever had!!...and I've been to a lot of McDonald's all over. The food was cold, and the cheese hadn't even melted on the (cold) cheeseburger!! The fries... half were missing... and I have never ever had McDonald's fries which taste like half cooked frozen fries you make at home!!!! They were way undercooked and tasted frozen...couldn't even mask the taste with sauce as surprise surprise they forgot to put it in the bag! Absolutely Avoid this is shocking they think this is acceptable.

I am a just eat delivery driver. Today (16/02/24) evening I went to collect an order for delivery. When delivering with the just eat app system, when collecting the food parcel you have to press collect order when food is collected and then ready to drive, when you're ready to drive. It says it in the name. Otherwise this affects the delivery time for the customer.The lady servicing was downright rude, and would not release the order until I've pressed ready to drive. I spent 15minutes trying to explain that you can't press ready to drive until you're in the car ready to drive. No. The worst customer service I've ever come across. Rude, and argumentative. Really disappointed. Perhaps McDonald's need to update their staff on food courier services and how they work.

Awful, given the wrong food. I ordered a burger and chicken selects and they forgot my burger the first time, then when I got home I noticed they hadn’t even put the chicken strips in and put cheese sticks

Quite possibly the best mcdonalds experience i have had in the uk. We preordered on the app before arriving, when we walked in our order number was on the being prepared screen, the food came quickly, it was hot , which for some mcdonalds seems to be an impossible challenge, and the food was good. Me, my wife and the two grandkids enjoyed it and the atmosphere, overall ,one of the best !
