Very busy but lots of staff, but this did not make the whole process more efficient! It was a total debarcle, 3 members of staff standing there doing nothing. We unfortunately got Mr McI don't know what I'm here for! Our food left on side for at least 5 minutes before they called our number. Consequently it was barely warm by the time we got it home. We ordered brownies which were missing from our order. This is not rocket science McDonalds, sort your process and staff out, they obviously cannot cope when more than 3 customers come in at once.

Ordered table service and a stripy young teenager basically threw it on the table. Clearly not paid enough to smile. Food was without a doubt the worst I’ve ever paid for. McDonalds is often cold but this place takes the biscuit - chips were literally icy. Staff don’t care. Would definitely never return.

This isn’t my local Maccies but I’ll always choose this one if out and about , very clean , great friendly staff and they never get my order wrong ( I always customise everything ? ) as many other restaurants do , well done guys

What a nice McDonald's. Although busy the food was served very quickly. The staff were very polite. Toilets were clean. There was no rubbish on the tables or floor. There is nothing bad I can say about my visit. Well done to the manager and their staff

Very racist staffs and manger here.\\nIf you are not native English speaker , then be careful and be aware of their attitudes against you. Lack of training and lack of caring , their manager ( Kate) had given the reason : ‘ they are just kids ‘ . Oh ? What an answer! I was shocked by her comments. If you recruiting kids working here , then providing essential training at least ! We had been kept waiting for our £11 order in the car park ( not a big order ), but watching all other following customers after us had been served with their food passed to them immediately. After we had waited more than 5 minutes, I walked to them and tried to talk to them and ask for a reason. You can watch them laughing and looking down the customer not speaking good English. Soon I had been labeled by them as a rude customer because I had just complained about their unfair treatment on us and tried to tell the manger which girl was laughing at us and which girl was telling us incorrect information.

I don't go to mcdonalds very often, but this particular place twice in recent times, the staff are absolutely excellent. A lady at the door gave my kids a balloon and helped me navigate the ordering machines (I hate these machines - they suck!).The food is obviously standard mcdonalds fare. Not sure what you can say about it - it tastes OK and it's warm!
Have to use drive through due to atrocious parking facilities. Food always cold. Well done to the kids getting jobs however maybe pay attention to your job rather than spending the shift chatting amongst yourselves and you may be able to get your orders correct.

The best service I've ever had at a MC Donalds! in my 37 years I have never seen such excellent service, friendly, helpful people, impeccable service! congratulations to the employees i am really grateful and impressed .

The drive thru was very busy & the wait was not ideal however, the food was freshly prepared & piping hot. I was quite hungry as I had missed breakfast but my purchase filled a gap. Staff were pleasant, polite friendly & apologised for the drive thru delay.Parking: Quite a few parking spaces & enough for the drivers there to use with spaces left-over.

Food was terrible I felt sick straight after eating it & all of the next day...very poorly thrown together had to rebuild my burger as only half the burger was in the bun...also had a bacon flavour when it was ordered without bacon witch makes me worried about the cross contamination going on in that kitchen!!Best thing was the over salted chips they kind of took the bacon taste away abit... very disappointing visit may never go back after that!! Also parking was a joke deliveroo drivers everywhere...

Ordered breakfast menu food for kids at 10am waited gave a 20 minute delivery time then got pushed back three times then waited until 11am and they cancelled order so we had no opportunity to order breakfast food from another branch as that menu stops at 11am. Class work.Kid-friendliness: Awful
