Never drive away before checking your order, this drive through is possibly the worst for not getting your order right. Tonight I ordered a quarter pounder no cheese and they smuggled in a thin beef patty, definitely not a quarter pounder, looked like it belonged in a big mac burger.

Horrible experience!! Ordered on the app for in store collection as my van can't fit through the drive thru. 20 minutes to get a sausage and egg muffin. I thought this was fast food. Unacceptable!!

Always better to get it in person. Delivery tends to have cold, leaky or issues.\\nIf you do it in person you can deal with issues before leaving. You can also ask for fresh fries (which I recommend doing since fries tend to have been sitting around otherwise). Enjoy some fast food :)

Brought McDonald’s on self check out using vouchers ask add ordered from normal menu too. I then Threw vouchers in bin after scanning. Went to my collection point when food was ready and site manager asked fir my vouchers. I explained I threw them in bin as used self check out. She threw my food in the bin and gave me refund. I was in totally shock. I explained I didn’t realise I’d have to hand them in on collection and will remember next time but she said it’s their policy. She was so rude and cruel. I obviously didn’t want keep vouchers and I showed her my empty pockets and phone case. I didn’t have bag on me. I wasn’t lying. What waste of food. I’ll never return. Didn’t get her name unfortunately.

Ordered through app to tell me order been recieved and the driver was at the restaurant, to then be told it had been cancelled! I spoke to customer services to be told that they delivered to my house and no one was home , which was a lie ! And now wont give me a refund !! Do not use this mcdonalds! Theifing company !!!
