I order the family bucket and they put the spicy wings on the top of the other chicken pieces, of course all the spicy oil went on every other chickens and because of that my kids and 1 member of my family. The food was jus alright as taste but VERY oily / grease. From my point of view NEVER AGAIN from

I will say the food is nice but I have had a bad experience with an incorrect order and lack of help following this was shocking! I ordered through just eat, My order was completely incorrect meaning I paid for 2 meals that I did not receive. I followed protocol as advised by just eat customer service and I sent good quality photos of the food delivered still in original packaging and I sent this immediately upon request . I was then asked for a picture of the receipt, as I didn’t not receive a hard copy from the delivery driver I sent over a copy of my in app receipt. After 30 hours I was emailed saying I was not cooperating as I didn’t send any photos?? and they were closing the case?? I am so frustrated.. I paid £17 for 2 meals and received less than £5 worth of food; and the customer service person hasn’t even looked into this properly. I have resent all Photos but now doubting whether the person dealing with this will even look at them: I am very shocked at this lack of customer service.
The food is nice. I can't complain about the food. But the attitude and the rudeness from the workers are unreal. I have been going there since it opened, and the last 6 months or so has gotten worse. I haven't wanted to go back in there as much as i used to. They have been so rude. And I always use my manners, and i'm always polite. There's no need for it ?

Very nice food. We can have a meal at an affordable cost. It is situated inside the bus station. We usually buy chicken strips and french fries which is good in taste. 4 or 5 tables are available. takeaway and online orders are also accepted. Very little waiting time.
