It's been a good few years since I went to a sprinkles and if I'm completely honest I'm a little disappointed. You have to order using your phone and if we didn't want to order this way; we could order at the counter but we would have to wait longer, as we'd have to wait until someone is free. The staff aren't rude but the experience felt very impersonal. We came as a family of 4. My husband and two small children (3 & 6) chose milkshakes and I chose a cookie dough desert. The milkshake arrived and twenty five minutes later my desert came (after reminding the staff), unfortunately having two little ones they'd finished and become antsy so I couldn't savour the deliciousness of my desert so I boxed it up to take home and enjoy later. In summary the problems I encountered where a higher management issue and not an in-restaurant issue. I would recommend it but maybe not for families with small children.

sat down looked at menu. went up to order. went to pay and was told they didn't take cash and would only take card. I said ok then I will go somewhere else that do take cash. we ended up going to Casper's in Basildon town centre which was lovely. told them about the experience with cash at sprinkles and they said they don't understand why certain businesses are doing it but they are always happy with cash so from now on we will be going kaspas. also more of a variety.

I’ve been coming to this place for many years now it’s gone down hill just had a waffle with hardly any sauce on it I asked for more sauce very politely . he said queue up and then I’ll bring it over when I pay there was seven kids in front of me paying separately, I said just bring it over and I’ll pay at the end. He said no and then they managed to sort it out for me but bringing machine over .Not happy at all. Never coming back here again .as I said I was regular customer here and for the record, the cookie dough is proper bad as they’ve changed the recipe. I did say it was poor but they’re trying to save money it’s like like grit

Absolutely wonderful!! Would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to visit here. Everything went down my mouth gracefully *pause* Had a great view at the window. Staff were so helpful and friendly, thought I was talking to my friend.Definitely would go back a second time, heck a 169 times. And if you have a sweet tooth, well I think you know what to do? Would like to treat more items on the menu.

Had to cancel my order as we were running late. Staff said I'd get a refund. 3 weeks later I still hadn't got a refund but I spoke to someone called Joe and he and his colleagues made a lot of effort to sort the mistake. Got a phone call a few days later and they sorted it for me and were very friendly and helpful. Very good customer service ?? just wanted to leave a review to show it is appreciated

The food at Sprinkles was great and very well presented the thing they could improve on is to allow physicals payments via the Cash Register, give of the card machine to allow to card or cash payments or a till at the counter its so ridiculous that you have to payments via your mobile devices and have poor phone reception.
We were so disappointed with this visit for many reasons. 1. There were no prices on the menu we were given, so we were shocked by the prices. 2. There was no information about allergens on the menu. 3. Gluten free cones or waffles were not offered. 4..Very little staff contact as you HAVE to order on line. We will certainly not be going again to any Sprinkles

First customers in, slowwww service, waited 20 mins for 2 waffles and they were pretty tasteless. If you ask for ice cream don’t expect any toppings on that section of the waffle ! Was going to bring my daughter the next day but won’t bother!

Warn't allow a straw for my refill got told only for milkshake also got told no extra sugar or lemon on my pancake My pancake came with my ice cream on my creep I wanted it in a pot on the side then got told I’m not allow The lady in the white shirt needs to not be working here makes my visitor not welcoming.

Was my first time coming here. Great customer service. It's 4 stars because the strawberries in my order were way past being used, in my opinion. Too mushy! Couldn't eat a single piece. With strawberries pushed out the way, I enjoyed the rest of it.

I came to Sprinkles 29th Sept at 7.30pm and was so disappointed with the experience. A large kids birthday party a few metres away made so much noise it was unbearable. Sounded like a zoo I couldn’t wait to eat my food and leave. They then started running around and climbing on the seats next to us, we then had a waffle thrown on our seat. This isn’t acceptable and kids parties shouldn’t ruin other people’s experiences. A party room would be a good idea. Have emailed twice and still no response!
