Staff were excellent and helpful but....Does not accept cash, not helpful when a 94 year old lady wants to payDirty cups for tea, had to ask for clean ones. Noticed 90% of customers sitting inside were using take away cups...wonder why!Toilets out of order, again not helpful when you have a 94 little old lady with you.Tea and hot chocolate both very weak, pee poor actually.Will not return...but staff were nice.

Everytime I visit basildon(Eastgate) Starbucks the girls who work there are alway so helpful and friendly I just love there bubbly personalities ,makes coffee time so much nicer, well done girls keep up the good work .

Seemed like plenty of staff the serving was good to get cake and take order But had to wait a long time for the drinks as seemed to have a lot of people waiting those doing the drinks spent more time chatting and redoing orders they had messed up
So I'm a frequent visitor to this Starbucks as it's right next to the bus stop and the staff are honestly amazing. What let's the place down is the inability to pay with cash now, plus there is nothing telling you this as far as I'm aware and caused quite the amount of embarrassment for me trying to pay with a £10 note I had as I hadn't enough in my bank account to pay by card.

I asked for my drink and told her all the toppings I wanted, and she gave me my drink with no cold foam so I asked her hey where is the cold foam I asked for cold foam and then she was like oh sorry I forgot and she took it back and then she gave it back with random orange bits on top still with no cold foam? So AGAIN I had to ask twice for my cold foam after she tried to fob me off with random orange crunchy bits as if I don’t know what cold foam is. Also she never gave my extra caramel drizzle that I asked for either. Terrible service

Staff are good enough. But place always looks like a bombs hit it as the people of Basildon can't clear up after themselves. 10 am not a clear table and no plates for sit in food even though there's probably only 3 plates scattered about the tables.
