Horrific experience and not the first time. Ordered 8 subs to celebrate a colleague’s birthday lunch.. it took about 2 hrs to arrive so everyone was hangry. When we got the bag of food nothing was labelled and considering everyone had ordered meatballs with different options, it was like an I’m a celebrity trial to work out what was what.. some labels would help so much, it can’t be hard.. Because everything was stacked on top of each other , all the subs we squashed, a bit like the Titan sub! And to finish it off the food was cold.. If you’re going to offer delivery.. do it properly please.. I will never order from here again and I recommend no one does.. I can’t comment on the in store experience but I can’t imagine I will be finding out.. SUB WAY - NO WAY

Got food delivered via just eat. Added a note for a sauce I couldn’t see and even though they don’t do it anymore; they provided alternatives instead of just ignoring it. very thoughtful

Not a good experience! The guy serving was on his own, and had some sort of drumb and base music playing very loudly.He Didn't seem to know what he was doing at all.He was throwing the food items about like rubbish.The salad items looked dry, like they had been there all dayI won't be going to this subway again

It was dirty, flies on the counter where food is prepared, i had to ask the server to change his gloves after he made two meat sandwiches before he made my plant based one, he picked the patty up with dirty gloves! Disgusting place, no hygiene at all.

Don't bother ordering takeaway. Not once have they ever managed to get an order right and the delivery guy leaves before you can check. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Great service but the drink dispenser was out and I had to have a bottle from the fridge. I prefer having a drink in paper cups for environmental reasons and also added bonus of ice in the drink. Otherwise It would have scored 5
