Staff were extremely rude to me, and my complaints to head office just received stock replies. In addition their new menu and pricing structure makes them way more expensive than the competition. Won't be visiting any Subways again - they only care about profit.

First wrap was freezing cold, asked politely for it to be reheated was given lots of attitude by staff member who didn't seem to know what she was doing. Second wrap was completely broken apart. Asked to speak to a manager, no manager available. Met with further attitude by second staff member. Don't bother coming here.

Not very busy, only two other tables with customers - but filthy shop , tables dirty and goid mushed not tops. Good and rubbish on floor everywhere. No clean up seen in the time we were there. Manky.

Rude staff as always, they never even say hi, act as if you're bothering them and move slow. Subway staff is always unmotivated, Subway should pay them better as the staff is too bad to eat here.

3 times ordered online for pick up. 3 times order not ready. The 3rd time was only given half of the order. How can a place that mainly deals with delivery or pick up be so incompetent.

Was waiting 5 minutes before any spoke to me , a employee was serving a customer then touched her phone witch can contain up to 17000 bacteria genes then continued to touch food

Food was absolutely fine and team we friendly, they were pretty engrossed in personal conversation and even left a customer waiting whilst they finished at one point. Wasn't the most clean place and one of the tables were broken and soft drinks machine out so "it's only 30p extra for a bottle", oh and toilets out of action. Think headoffice need to get a handy man in for this store.
