Went in on a Sunday around 12.00. Table for 3. Order food at bar. Food was brought out relatively quickly.Roast was very much frozen veg and aunt Bessie style roasts and Yorkshires rather than fresh veg. Gravy very salty. Beef was a bit grisly. Price wasn't too bad.Had difficulty in terms of staff knowledge on allergy details on foods and had to download an app to find out ourselves. Whilst achievable was a little frustratingDietary restrictions: Had difficulty in terms of staff knowledge on allergy details on foods and had to download an app to find out ourselves. Didn't see lift for 1st floor seating (but doesnt mean there isnt one) and one area in ground floor had steps down to it.

Went for Mother's Day lunch. Finally taken to our seats. Not given any information about ordering food/drinks. Established there is an online ordering app which we used. Ordered drinks. After a long wait, a barman came and told me that my choice of wine was not available. Eventually, my wine was delivered, but not the rest of our groups drinks. Food was OK when it was brought out. Ordered desserts and coffee - my daughter usually has non dairy milk in her coffee, and we could not find an option for this on the menu, so she went to ask at the bar as there were no servers around. Apparently, they do not have a non dairy option yet are promoting gluten-free and vegetarian food options! We have been using The Quays for many years and have always enjoyed the experience but would certainly think twice before returning.Dietary restrictions: There is no allowance for dairy intolerance in drinks

Ran out of a lot of drinks literally 1 or 2 beers left on draught and some wine apparently the manager forgot to put the order in!No Guinness the day before St Patrick’s day! Good luck to

Never had food here but it looked lovely and large portions, the beer was superb. Really friendly and helpful staff too. I will definitely be using this establishment again.

Cheap food of good quality, cheap drinks, friendly staff and a nice setting to sit out on the deck and enjoy the afore mentioned. What's not to like?
