App does not give much clarity on delivery time. Come on Papa John's all the delivery apps give you accurate tracking and eta. One item was not made to order. Unable to contact anybody at the branch to rectify l as phone calls weren't being accepted.

I ordered a delivery last night & was handed a £2.50 delivery charge for a £17.98 order. This delivery charge is more than 10% of the actual order which is steep. My house is roughly 1.5 miles away & a 5 minute drive. That £2.50 charge can’t be justifiable for a relative short distance. Dominos never used to charge for deliveries. Also the minimum order for a delivery is now at £17.00 I think. Firstly for a single person that is too much & than a £2.50 delivery charge on top of that is excessive. In the past I would tip the drivers but that delivery charge puts me off from doing this. I hope the company puts some of that delivery charge into the pockets of the drivers rather than keeping it for themselves. I won’t be ordering a delivery again. This has annoyed me & put me off.Vegetarian options: Cheese & Tomato medium pizza with cookies.

Don't bother on a Thursday night. "Quality Check" per the app took about 30/40mins for one pizza and some chicken dips. Delivery driver fine, suspect shop couldn't get it together on basic logistics. Pizza arrived congealed, cold (at best lukewarm) and every bit like it had endured at 30min+ "quality check". Yeurrgh repulsive, frankly.

Pizza baked without any cheese or toppings on half of it. Absolute rip off. Only offered an exchange with another hour wait, which arrived with the wrong toppings on it. Avoid at all cost, it is a joke of a company,

My pizza had raw dough? How disgusting. I did think it arrived pretty quick. Don’t the ovens have timers? You would think a pizza restaurant would know how to cook a pizza. Lack of care.

Tastes weird. The base tastes weird and not very nice. I had to double check that I didn’t order gluten free or something by accident. Why didn’t I just get a Pizza Hut like usual. Never again.

Pizzas taste nice just wondering is it really that hard to cook them properly? You order pizza for takaway to eat it straight away not to put it in the oven and cook longer as they are undercooked.
