Another amazing lunch at the Dukes head! Beautiful pub, beautiful location, and beautiful service by Donna and Daisy. Also both beautiful people! What's not to like?.

Lovely place, very classy pub, its also got two out side parts, one at the front and one atcthe back, food is amazing! Great choice something for everyone, staff are great and friendly.
Parking: There is parking at the front of the pub and at the side of the pub, I've always been able to park there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp going straight into the pub, and it's mostly on one level.
We went recently for a birthday and had such a wonderful evening. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The food was INCREDIBLE! The head chef who is a lady I was told, cooked my steak to absolute perfection and the bernaise sauce was to die for! My partner loved his fish he said the flavour combination was pleasantly surprising! All in all 10/10! Beautiful little place!
Quite a lot missing from menu but it was fairly late on a Sunday. What we did have was lovely

Had a nice meal in a large group and was surprised at how good the service was and did not hear the “no” word at all
Unfortunately there was a smell in the bar area which was very off putting. We intended to stay for food but it was so bad that we had to leave.
The approach road remains full of very large holes that just seem to get bigger, the outside looks in need of care and now the smell - it's a shame as this was a nice place for drinks and food.
Excellent both from start to finish. GREAT Menu, warm welcome followed by very good service, well done Donna!
Looking forward to further visits.
