Takeaway order - the worst KFC I've had. The chicken fillet was dry and tough, the zinger burger had a skinny piece of chicken that was dry, mini fillet burger was missing from the order. Popcorn chicken was cold and chewy! Absolutely disgusting and inedible. How is it the cost has increased soo much yet the quality of the food is disgraceful! Never again!!
Very bad now the staff and management has changed food wrong over cooked or cold. The waiting is so long to 30 mins for 1

I would take a bet that this is probably the slowest KFC in the country.The staff are literally running on empty, there are no apologies for how long the food takes.The amount of times I have had to ask for my missing food is crazy! I live close, but would rather drive to Basildon.
