Very poor customer service when collection food order . Wont be going back again!

Me and my partner ordered from this papa John’s on the 9th of feb - took a total of 2 hrs after placing order for being contacted to inform us that they wouldn’t be able to deliver. Instead of not having something we had ordered for dinner, we decided to drive to this restaurant and see what the problem was. The gentleman (who told me he was the manager) kept reassuring me that it was impossible to deliver, yet somehow we managed to get to them. He informed me that they could make what we ordered on the spot but also refund us the value of the order (told to email through). The next day I emailed through to request a refund. As of 25th Feb, still haven’t received such refund. Very disappointing and currently wouldn’t look to purchase from this pizza chain in the future. Very little integrity.

Really great experience here. We had almost given up with ordering at Papa Johns from disappointing food from other branches which are closer to us. The staff here were so friendly and made the best, most fresh pizza and listened to our request of double pizza sauce which was really great. We will only order from this branch now.

Appalling, the only word to describe the whole unpleasant experience. Food was late, cold and tasted horrible.Never again!!Not recommended!
Ordered a pizza and the guy only had one pizza then 10 minutes later we got the rest cold

Ordered a pizza and called 1 hour later and was told no one was in to cook the pizza and that they were coming in later. When I asked to speak to the manager the gentleman told me only he was there and he was the delivery driver. Asked for a refund, they said call back in 2 hours. Absolutely shocking service will never order there again

Ordered a pizza online. After an hour still nothing. I called in and was told that the driver will be with you in ten minutes. I called again after half an hour and now they don't answer the phone! They don't deserve a single star. If the business owner reads this message then please close down the business and save the reputation of other branches.
