Always busy....but worth the wait

Since the day I’ve came here I haven’t been anywhere else I’ll drive an hour journey for there kebabs no where else has the taste and the atmosphere they have the food is 10/10 quality real meat

Angry and a little upset

Very poor . After waiting more than 50 mins for my 80 quid order. None of this time was said to me . When I got back to campsite I was missing my dish complete. A lamb and chicken mixed doner. Went back 5 min drive but not the pont . They said I didn't order even though when confirmed the order he asked me to explain? I mean it's in there menu but what ever . he gave me bag and open when I got back and was a chicken shish and chicken Donna at that time I didn't want yo go back. As was late so just eat ,well I small amount cos we all found it mostly uneatable chicken as had been finished in a pan had a funny taste . And the dry burt tasteless chicken kebab.....
Oh and forgot to sah my partner is vegetarian so order her halomi kabab when i sore him put it ontop of the chicken on the grill . I asked him to change as i couldn't let my partner to eat . He look confused about it ....well

Advice. Get some training done on Ur staff on how to talk and really messages to them

So dissatisfied. This was ment to be the treat at the end of a lovely week. Ruined because people don't care about the food they send out

I suggest the management go to Alibaba's in Rayleigh to see how what a large portion of kebab looks like. In addition if ordering on line they should not give a time when it's ready to be picked up if in fact they haven't even started to cook it! This is my second visit, I'll give it one more go.

This places calls me up at 4 in the morning, asking about cryptocurrency and whether I want to buy it. I dunno if their number is being used for criminal activities, but no matter how much I block this number, they still get to me.

Best kebab place in quite a big radius, we drive from 10+ mins away to collect. Wrapped lamb beyti is a dish of beauty and in truth its a meal for two....but I just can't share it ?

Absolutely disgusting! Chicken was not cooked and there was more fat in the doner meat than I have ever seen! Adding thing to the order that we didn’t even order! Rude service over the phone but the delivery guy was polite and friendly poor sod I bet he has to deal with some complaints, if you don’t care what you eat then order here

We always order from here, haven’t had a bad one yet. Love their salad and rice too. Usually order various shish and kofte.
