Love Subway, Billericay subway staff very friendly and being a creature of habit they know my order without asking!Only downside is for subway overall..why have they taken spinach off of the menu it was probably the healthiest bit!!

He needs to work on his people skills and customer service skills. Why is Connor Penrose who is manager/supervisor reviewing his own store??

Sandwich was made well, hot and fresh.Tables were clean and food counters looked clean.Friendly staff, made sure that both mine and my sister's food was prepared as we needed.

£6.89 for a 12" stale bread roll at 10.00AM in the morning, clearly serving up the day before left overs. I gave feedback and received a general non specific response from Operations and Compliance Manager Conner Penrose (perhaps the same Conner Penrose who has has left a review before me, as well as for other Subway branches, I wonder). I then emailed Greg Madigan, the regional director as per their website which bounced back as undelivered. I then called the complaint number which took me round in circles unable to speak to anyone. I am utterly dumbfounded at how little this company cares about customer service. The website says "subway listens" yeah righto, what an absolute joke. I was a once a day customer, but after this I will never set foot in any subway again, and I will go out of my way to spread the word of what a shocked shower of **** they really are!!
