Nice and friendly, food is ok although our beef panang had very very chewy beef in it, although the rest was mostly good. The noodle dish was a little plain, we have had much better elsewhere, beer was on the wrong side of warm/cold. The thing that brings the score up is the service, which was exceptional. Worth a try for a bog standard Thai, but nothing special.

We had the most wonderful meal here on Saturday evening. We haven’t been for years and the last time we went it wasn’t amazing, but friends who had been recently recommended we try again. It was fantastic! We were greeted at the door by the loveliest waiter, who looked after us throughout the evening. The service and food were excellent. I had the panang chicken curry and my husband had fish krapraw. Both were lovely. The cost was also very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Went there for a nice Thai, cracker which are my favourite didn’t taste right! Pad Thai peanuts were soggy and got stuck to the fork and the pad thai was soggy and not the true Thai. Golden bags didn’t match up the menu description and tasted like a frozen ball of chicken! Once complained they were to close to my face saying the chef was Thai etc and got very aggressive. Nothing was fresh not even the carrots with the bags. Never again!!!

Superb meal. Really enjoyable and tasty mixed starters and a lovely chicken and chilli dish for the main course. Also had a great beef with pepper and garlic dish and the beef was much more succulent than usual in a Thai or Chinese meal. Plus a red curry. Very tasty. Hadn't been here for a while but it certainly won't be too long before we go back again.

Thai house? Should have been named spice house! I ordered the red Thai curry but have never experienced spice quite like it, it feels like lava has been poured into my mouth! However, it arrived cold and I had to microwave it isn’t that ironic!? The flavours were there but overpowered by the burning chilli’s, such a shame. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be ordering again unless I have a nearby fire extinguisher, very disappointed

An unexpected gem of a restaurant! It’s not particularly modern looking & some of the decor is a little cheesy, but the food & service more than makes up for that. We had the vegetarian set menu which was excellent, a lovely mix of vegetables & unexpected tofu in the meals. The sweet & sour was a particularly good dish, something we would not usually order. Great food, great value & great service!

Went to The Thai House for our Anniversary. The food was exceptional, so many different flavours, and there was lots of choice. The staff were very friendly, and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered 3 different takeaways all had chicken breast which was tough and chewy, one potato had dark patches.Not impressed.

Nice food, great service, pleasant setting.Will go back again.Parking is an issue, you may have to park down the rd & walk to venue.This venue is also upstairs but has a wide staircase

The staff are lovely. I Came here for my birthday a few years ago food was great. Went last weekend and the food tastes and smelt off. Not sure if they have a new chef but they need to learn how to make a pad Thai. As that's not what it's meant to taste like. Not fresh at all. Please retrain the chef to make fresh food as it all smelt like sweat. Such a shame I used to like it here but the food is just not nice now
