“Had a casual cycle out to HF Broadoak and I fancied coming here for a drink served by the lovely gentleman behind the bar that told me about the ale I was buying because I have not heard of it I had the guest ale from wantsum brewery called 1381 which was the session IPA I highly recommend coming here as I have just seen the negative review before hand I clearly think this is a nice casual social place to have a drink as I don't have the green man down the road in takeley as a proper pub anymore which is now a Thai restaurant good luck to the new ownership here i have just found out from a local below that the pubs gone under new ownership and will give support to this place and I only do volunteer work down the road at HFF”
