Staff very friendly and helpful, area clean access good for disabled and wheel chair. Drinks makers on the day could have spent more time making drinks than chit chat between each other. Not to say they cannot talk but on that day it was a bit OTT. But usually very good.

Popped in here for a coffee while shopping must say it was a very pleasant experience staff we're very friendly and good at what they do wide selection of drinks and snacks

This is the most SLOWEST costa ever!It would be quicker to get the coffee beans and grind them yourself by hand and prepare the coffee by boiling the kettle by using a magnifying glass on the kettle.Absolutely garbage service!

Wow, a Costa that knows what they're doing!Amazing experience, probably the busiest Costa I have ever been in and everything was running smoothly and staff were happy, whoever trained these guys should visit the Southend,Rayleigh and Hockley Costas to improve their services.

Fantastic, ex coach house. Wonderful beamed ceiling with the original ‘The Horn’ pub sign hanging inside. Service is brilliant and friendly. Needless to say, caffe is delicious . Must admit, that is the case in the majority of Costa outlets. Thanks guys

The staff are absolutely lovely, special shout-out to the lovely lady with red glasses, she took her time with my young nephew who wanted to order for himself even recommending him different hot chocolate flavours and taking into account to make it cooler for him so he didn’t burn himself.

A very busy Costa with very little space.Served by Adriana who couldn’t care less if she served me or not. No customer service, smile or thanks. Impolitely spoken to. Had to ask for a receipt twice. Put it on the counter rather than my outreaching hand. Wasn’t asked if I was drinking in or taking away. Spoke with the lady making the drink, Maddie who made it to take away. Regret going to be honest. Not money well spent.

Bless them, can hardly build an extension onto the building themselves and increase seatingThere is sometimes a queue, but I just choose to pop to another shop first and go back afterwards. Again, unavoidable and can't be helpedStaff definitely deserve to be cut some slackAll in all, a lovely little café, lovely staff, will always be our go to

Omg what disgusting toilets. So bad that the flys couldn't wait to get out. Poo on the seat, stinks of pee. Why have you allowed it to get like this. Worst than a public toilets. Someone's not doing there job. Awful disgusting. Sort it out costa makes me wonder what the kitchen is like.

Third different Costa coffee and the the third one refusing to serve a coffee in a cup and saucer! This time saying the dishwasher has packed up! Unbelievable!!
