Coggeshall Rd, BraintreeLast Sunday, we decided to try out Wadud’s Fusion for their Sunday à la carte buffet. Despite passing by the restaurant countless times, I was intrigued by the positive reviews and finally decided to give it a try. The meal was absolutely fantastic, with delicious food and exceptionally friendly waiters who ensured everything was just right. I rated the service and ambience an 4 out of 5, and while the ambiance was lovely, it could be enhanced by adding some pictures or decorations on the walls. Additionally, I ordered a liqueur coffee with Cointreau, while my parents in law ordered theirs with brandy. However, I found it a bit odd that they received appropriate glasses for their drinks, while mine was served in a mug. It may seem trivial, but it would be nice if the table was cleared of any food debris before the next main course. Overall, it was a delightful afternoon, and we will definitely be returning in the future

Served with rather cool new potatoes and wilting vegetables the meal was very disappointing. Staff very nice, delivery of drinks slow. Main issue was the food.

What made it all the better was the restaurant putting on an easter egg hunt for the children, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely be returning soon, and most definitely in the summer to make the most of their garden seating. 10/10

We have found our go to restaurant in Braintree.The atmosphere is fantastic,it infused modern decorations with traditional restaurants setting,we found it welcoming .The staffs were very helpful,with special shout-out to Charlie who attended to us.She was very nice, polite and helpful.She made sure she did everything for us to enjoy our meal and our little girl loved her. 13-15 Bank St, BraintreeWe visited on a Friday evening at 7:30pm. We had reserved a table for four people a couple of weeks before. The restaurant is very large and was about half full when we arrived and was definitely getting busier as we left. The service we received from Mehmet was brilliant. We tried a Turkish Yakut red wine which was lovely and very good value at £23.50. To start we shared Tzatziki (Cacik) and the mixed hot meze which contained spicy Turkish sausage, halloumi, falafel with hummus, calamari and feta cheese wrapped in filo pastry. Which was delicious and everyone loved it. The swordfish was very good. The mixed kebab and Adana kebab were well cooked. The vegetarian saute was a little oily. Chips were very good.All washed down with a cocktail. Overall a very good experience and we will be returning.

From the outside, you get the impression it's a bit dpit and sawdust. How wrong I was!Its layout is great with the 2 bars, a pool room, and a well designed garden patio area with covered seating and subtle lighting.The place was extremely well looked after, cleared regularly, and this includes the toilets. The staff were very polite and courteous, so they added to the evening as a whole.

3 Rayne Rd, BraintreeI go there when my wife gives blood down the road. Tonight it was quiet, beautifully clean and with new menu boards. Ordered cod and chips x 2. All cooked fresh and when the cod was being wrapped up, it looked good. But when we got home and eat the meal, the cod was spectacular, crisp skin and beautifully flaky fish, a triumph. The chips were good as well! Great place, thank you.

Service was exceptional ,nothing was too much trouble and before you even asked there was a replacement napkin, hot towels after the lobster. Food was tasty and well presented sweet and sour sauce was light and not heavy , crispy beef , crispy and not swamped by sauce. We couldn't fault any of the courses and loved the picked vegetables so much we asked for some as a take away. Definitely now our new go to for dine in or take away and for us the best Chinese in the area.

118 High St, BraintreeMy friend and I could not find anywhere in the town centre for lunch and came across The Glass House by accident so decided to pop in. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating and privacy as we sat left of the door. Staff are polite and attentative. Food was freshly made, very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic!! A bottle of fizzy water cost £1.. Yes I know I was shocked too!! 2 x luxury panini, 3 huge slices of coffee & walnut cake, 1 slab of chocolate cake, pot of tea, hot chocolate and a 500ml bottle of fizzy water came to £18 Absolutely excellent place to eat and will be returning!! P.S we didn't eat all the cake, took some home for the boys
