We regularly use the take away delivery service for the past a few years and the food quality/portion sizes/service have been really good. Any minor issues are dealt with quickly and politely.

A fantastic meal on Christmas eve - it was busy with dine in customers and take away orders but we were served well by the lovely Jas/Jaz (sorry - don't know the spelling!) The food was delicious, fresh and hot. Such great value doing the a la carte buffet and Jas was a star, being patient with our indecision and nothing was too much. She's an absolute credit to the restaurant and did so well despite the crazy Xmas eve madness!Parking: Remember to record your registration on the tablet in the restaurant

No self service buffet a long wait Chinese owners seem uptight and weird awkward to deal with young waitress was so helpful made up for the over priced foid and awkward system they have set up to order The food was good apart from dessert what was very poor but as a waitress was do professional I just got on with it without walking out

If I could leave a -1000 I would. Tonight has been the worst service I have ever encountered, 2.5 hours and still not had acceptable starters. Our kids hungry at the table and a big family birthday party ruined, you had the audacity to charge us £200 for going hungry - having to go to McDonalds for dinner. You served us stone cold food when it did arrive 2 hours after we arrived and just generally appalling service and attitude. Having said this the 2 girls at front of house might be your only saving grace, clearly very over worked but remain friendly throughout and continuously apologetic. I am appalled and disgusted about what has happened tonight and it simply was not acceptable in anyway, we watched other tables also have to leave as still awaiting their starters and drinks. I waited nearly an hour for water and chased it 3 times, if you cannot fulfil the orders asked of you then you should not take more. We will not ever eat here again and I would not recommend it anymore to anyone, the whole experience is one none of us will forget anytime soon and not for any good reason. A birthday completely ruined.
It was cold (freezing) but we did go at a quiet time. The food was great but you have to eat it quickly if you want it warm. They did have hot plates but it could only fit 2 plates so the rest of the food would've gone cold if we didn't rush it.There were wires all over the floor from the oil filled radiators which is a trip hazard. And decor didn't look too great.All in all.... Although the food was great...I wouldn't go again, or recommend as there are plenty of other restaurants / takeaways around

Went there for dinner, buffet style, good portions, yummy flavours, nothing overcooked, everything we tried was deliciou. But we must be honest, what made the experience even better was the service provided by Jaz & Destiny, both were absolutely brilliant, cheerful, kind and helpful, thank you both for giving us a superb customer experience. ???
