Good takeaway with a friendly staff , food is much better than any of the takeaways in town , yes slightly more expensive but the town centre boys are reducing quality for cheapness . Some parking to the rear but a little limited . Regular user on a Sunday night .

We placed an order tonight at 5:55pm and the young lady on the phone said it would be 30/40 minutes max. We called at 7:10pm and asked for an ETA. The lady said "I'm really sorry I can't give you a time of when it will arrive but it will be soon" we felt this wasn't fair and asked if she could check for a better arrival time as we'd been waiting so long. A guy came on the phone and said he was really busy and that it would be another 30 minutes minimum. His exact words when we questioned why its been so long and why do we have to wait even longer was "I'm not happy with you right now, I've just explained it's busy. Do you want a refund or it to come now" extremely rude and kept saying things like "what do you want, I'm not happy with you taking up my time and questioning me. I won't send it." All we asked for was some compensation or discount off our next order and I can't even comprehend how extremely rude this guy was on the phone. Baring in mind we buy this fortnightly and spend over £40 tonight. Absolutely disgusting attitude and service. In the end he only willingly is refunding £3.80 in cash.I would recommend to anyone who orders in future to ask for a refund if it surpasses half an hour as its the second time they've been late and rude to us when asking for an ETA.
We ordered food following their allergens menu as we have allergies. We ordered some fried rice, and the menu didn’t have a number for egg, so we could order it without any substitutions. However when it was delivered it came with egg. When we called up the restaurant they just said “ignore the allergens on the menu”. No sorry. No offer to replace or refund. We said that they should update their menu because if they don’t follow their advertised allergens they could kill someone. Was a shame because the other food was tasty! But I can’t order from them again because of this.

Cold food! Decided to try fusion for a change from my usual hong kong chef. What a mistake, cold warm food and forgot our drinks. I only live 5 mins away. They must of delivered somewhere else 1st! I let them know they didn't say much. Wasted £27 quid, foods sitting on side. Disappointed :(

Worst chinese I have ever eaten, well actually I didn't eat it! Even the prawn crackers were inedible, cost £32 in total, I will never buy Chinese from there again!!!
