Ordered 10 piece bucket only gave me 5 pieces how im i meant to feed my family of 20 with that all legs by the way what a disgrace i hope the chicken chef have a very bad Christmas now i have to cry down the motorway and head to morleys in london better chicken

Used the drive through upon ordering got asked to be parked up in an already full car park then when the food arrived the man didn't give it to us as couldn't read the writing on the receipt to drive home and realise items are missing tried calling several times but no answer will not be using them again!

Quality has been steadily dropping over the years. They have constantly changed the way they cut the portions presumably to get more out of each bird. Had the bargain bucket (that's a laugh) was little more than an oil filled greasy coating wrapped around bones, we threw most of it. No more creamy mash on the menu, very disappointing. Never offered finger wipes to cope with the copious quantity of grease. Zinger burger looked and tasted like it was cooked the day before. Was offered no cups for the bottle if dring, had to request them. Chips were horrible so they were thrown away too. This entire bad experience had to be endured whilst being assaulted by awful '' music" being played at excessively loud volume. All in all an awful experience. Was glad to leave in time to go and buy some edible food elsewhere. A disgrace to the industry.
This has to be the worst kfc I’ve ever been to! Ordered from then took 45 minutes to the not even recieve the whole order and the food to be coldI returned home without even realising so I called the up and the guy on the phone said he doesn’t care and I should just eat what I’m given ( I paid £40) I didn’t even get my monies worth shall not be returningGet some manners you lazy people!

Had a horrendous experience here. Extremely rude staff member, I'll dressed and big mouth, literally throwing food on the counter, constantly huffing and puffing. Waited 40 minutes for a simple order. Will not be returning here again. Harlow branch is superb so I suggest ppl should go there.
