First time visit and I have to say very impressed. Having frequented many Indian restaurants over many years this place is up there in the top 5. Food was great, but not only that things like, decor, cleanliness & tableware all good. Service speed was quick, although we went on a quiet day so could not say what it would be like on the weekend, probably find out one day on that soon!

Absolutely useless service. Delivery is usually well over an hour and food cold, told we would receive a refund but after a week no refund and had to go in person and only then was a refund provided. We decided to give them another chance by collecting instead to avoid a delivery debacle and they failed to included all ordered items in the box, then the same lies about a refund.

Have been lots of times before, cannot fault the food/venue/atmosphere at all - this is the best tasting indian food we've had in a long time but unfortunately the prices on the bill are not the ones advertised in the menu or online. Such a shame to have a hiccup at the end of a great meal. If the prices change then please change menu or at least make customers aware.

Beautiful place!Delicious food. I fell in love with the New Zealand Marlborough wine there ?I am not that experienced with Indian cuisine but whatever I had with mushroom rice was really really nice. Will go again. The interior design is magnificent ?

Despite our efforts to engage, the overall attitude was quite disappointing. It's disheartening when a lack of customer focus impacts the enjoyment of a meal."The owner of this restaurant needs to be told this - going to a restaurant is about more than just the food. You can have great food but bad service will make people not want to return.The decor of Lounge Indian is beautiful and the food is lovely but the service is really not good.

Used this for the first time as seen good reviews to be disappointed. Ordered a takeaway online. Was given a delivery time but the meal arrived 15 minutes late which was disappointing and stone cold will not use again.

Waited hour & half for our delivery which i can live with that but parts of our order was missing called up & was told the they would send missing items had to call again all in all took over an hour for missing items to be delivered & they eventually turned up cold & soggy
