We went at a busy time just after Christmas but we received excellent service. The staff were all friendly and helpful.Well organised and we didn’t wait long to be seated.Food served quickly and was very good.

Ordered a takeaway for 5 people for Sunday dinner. Order arrived and it felt a bit light so asked the driver was there anything else for us and he said no, but there was another bag at the restaurant but he was told it was not for him. Took order into the kitchen and opened it up and we were missing loads of stuff. Called the restaurant in Braintree and was told our order was too big to be delivered in one go! Of all the insults I've received that was up there with the worst lie I've been told. The driver was in a car, he had one bag! So according to the restaurant he couldn't bring two bags! Lie number two was the same man told us that the other part-order was already on the way to us. 20 minutes later, we called up again to be told that the driver had left 5 minutes ago. The end result was both parts of our order came 32 minutes apart. It's the lies I can't stomach so will be seeking a part refund on what was a £113 order.

Had my sons 16th birthday hear tonight from start to finish food was fab it was an excellent service the staff were brilliant and the Manager who brought out my sons cake was a Gent. Thank you to all the staff in braintree yous helped make my sons birthdays

Served frozen uncooked potato wedges amongst cooked ones,Served chicken burger which was cold, uncooked, resembled a piece of cooked thawed chicken...F ing disgusting.Not busy. Manager useless.

HiWe normally eat in and everything is always great but we tried a takeaway delivery on Sunday evening . It was really not very nice at all , sorry . It was lukewarm and soggy and just generally unpleasant .

Great food and great service. I was with my little baby who made a bit of mess, I was told by Carlos not to worry as that’s what he was here for. Really polite and best customer service I’ve received from any Nandos. You can tell he goes above and beyond for any customer and to make families feel welcome with children is a bonus. Thank you Carlos!

Ordered a take away from here recently. The service was fantastic. The system is very easy to use. When I arrived my order was ready and I was met by a lovely staff member (may), lovely girl very friendly and ensured that everything was in my order. The food was still hot when I got home and it was soo tasty. Thank you May and all the team at nandos Braintree x.Vegetarian options: Excellent

Really disappointed visiting, that firstly the loaded chips were unavailable and then found out the new peri Mac and cheese was also not available…We then went to get drinks and there was no ice either.Not a great start unfortunately.

I took my foreign partner to Nando’s today for the first time, as a Brit this is understandably a massive occasion. We were served my Morgz who was absolutely fantastic. A very kind and attentive young woman, thankyou also to the manager who was very kind. The food was quick and absolutely delicious.

I ordered a new chicken dish on the menu with 2 sides. When it arrived I thought it was a kids meal. Unacceptably sized portion. The waitress (Mai) and the manager were excellent but just a shame the portions are so stingy.

My first experience at nandos in braintree was lovely could not fault the service at all however when revisiting the store I was disgusted The toilets where disgusting firstly secondly , when seated we was told to tell them about any allergies so we did has my mum as a nut allergy . We ordered on there app . Once the drinks arrived I explained to them again that my mum has a nut allergy then the member of staff had a go at use saying we should of gone to counter to order . Why make an app to order if you can't put allergies on there . Thirdly after all of this they then allowed a group of people in to that where eating five guys, 4 members of staff went over to the table but said nothing this was outrageous .
