Pizza turned up looking like road kill that had been in the oven for 4 hours. And I'm only going to assume they must charge you extra to actually cut the pizza up? I clearly missed that extra on the website.I think next time to avoid disappointment I'll just have a frozen pizza from Tesco, which tastes better.

Definitely should have read the reviews before ordering!!! ordered & the app said it had arrived when it hadn’t, called the store & the guy said it should be there in 10 ish minutes even though it doesn’t take that long to where I live and the app had said it had been out for delivery for 20 minutes. Food arrived cold, so called the store again & they said they would send another & we had to return the original. Food arrived warm but is not the normal quality of Papa Johns as it’s normally my favourite. Will not be ordering again

Ordered online, but never got any sort of confirmation, so called to just check they had received the order as the payment had been taken from my account. Now had the person just explained that they were busy and the orders can take a while to go through to them, then there wouldn't be a problem. I appreciate theyre very busy. But I was told they hadn't received my order and they hadn't taken my money.... no actually explanation. Finally get confirmation saying order has gone through, by which time I've ordered elsewhere! So then had to call again to cancel and ask for a refund. Let's see how that works out........Probably should have read the reviews first!Anyway, more hassle than it's worth!Cook instead! Lol.

Food tasted very delicious however service slow and man was eating a pizza behind counter oven fridge noises. I ordered vegan cheese pizza got pizza very good parked my Kia Sedona outside was good parking pizza tasted good. Vegan Cheese. ( no jack fruit pep a Ronny ) as tasted not so vibey last time. I rate sayyeed highly bossman.Vegetarian options: Vegan option and vegetarian garden party vegan work

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a pizza easily on the app. 10 mins later get a call that they only have 2 x Wheat Free pizza bases not the 3 required for the order. Lady on the phone said would we like something else or store credit. Choose store credit as cannot have anything else, she said no problem and our order will be with us shortly. (19.22). App showed status delivered at 20.11 actually arrived 20.29. Called to ask where the store credit voucher was and the young lad was polite and said he needed to pass me to someone that can help. Lady came on and knew the order and said yes only two pizzas we couldn’t do the 3rd and store credit. I said exactly but no store credit arrived? How do I receive this. She said she would call her manager and call me back as they had my number on the order. 2hrs later no call back and no store credit received. First time ordering and cannot believe the lack of customer service!

Ordered a pizza half hour before closing time I hadn’t realised and never got it so I called up to get it refunded it’s been three weeks and still never got a refund after calling up multiple times so we asked if we could just get the food as we fancied it a different day and it had taken over 2 hours to be delivered

They hire underage delivery drivers had my order given to me by some kid who looks about 12 driving a car!!Food was kinda cold but probably because the kid hasn't even done his drivers test yet. He then sat in my drive for 2 minutes vaping

Papa John's in braintree is my personal favourite pizza place to order from pizzas are priced at an okay rate being more deer then pizza hut but I enjoy it more so worth the extra cost when not making the most of there deals going in-store is good because you can see how they make the pizza but it often feels very quite in-store guess delivery is more busy then in-store

Kids love their chicken poppers and pizza. Dough is made fresh which you can see for yourself in store.

Ordered 2 large pizzas on the offer atm. We were so hungry and cold having just driven over 5 hours home. Pizza arrived. Extremely dry, chewy and very little toppings on them. So disappointed ?

Have ordered many times from Papa Johns and my son really enjoys their pizzas. However, the last couple of pizzas have been cold on delivery. I have had to re-heat in the microwave! I won’t be ordering again…
