Went through the drive through all but 15 minutes ago to get to my destination and find they messed up the order of my drinks. It seemed really quiet in store and only had 3 drinks so was left disappointed it wasn’t correct to what was ordered.Staff did seem really lovely however, especially the lovely lady at the drive through window.

I was served an espresso in dirty, sticky, and visibly stained cup and saucer. Took it back, and they just poured the same coffee from the dirty cup to another cup!!Standards have fallen!!Asked to have our coffee and food in. The when the two toastes were ready they were thrown on the counter and then we were asked, did you want these on a plate!? Yes, if i am staying in, i would like my food on a plate, not thrown at me with distain!Not a good experience and will not return.

Ordered on the app and paid upon drive thru I paid again thinking it hadn’t gone through on the app… they then started passing me someone else’s order. Not very good that they didn’t ask if it was the right order at first. Asked me to use my phone so I can get the refund. Refund took 2 days to come through and wasn’t even exact amount I paid. Impossible to contact Starbucks to get my full refund so I’ll just be leaving a review so everyone can watch out for this.

First experience of the new Drive Thru Starbucks, in one word: IMPRESSED!Lovely, efficient and polite staff who are on the ball with the allergy awareness. Served quickly with correct order and food nice and hot! Take note other drive thrus.. nice HOT food. ?Dietary restrictions: First question asked; do you have any allergies we need to be aware of? I was impressed with that, good to see the industry has learned lessons. 5/5 ⭐️’s!

It is a good choice for a rest and a coffee break when we go to the movies. A wonderful painting corner has been made for the children for the Easter holiday. The children enjoyed painting there.
My daughter 3 children Drove to Starbucks for a coffee in cineworld. Served asked if needed a receipt said no.....big mistake! Same girl chased after my daughter screaming you haven't paid after collecting drinks screamed for her receipt which the same girl served her! Daughter said she can prove it on her statement response to this was "you better!" proved and no apology. To top all this she was the ONLY customer in the place! Formal complaint going into Starbucks daughter hasn't stopped crying since the incident all happened in front of her children. She's so shocked still she has really been effected disgusting behaviour!and really aggressive. Makes no sense at all she served her there was no one else was it a rouse to check her bank details? since the person serving has to write the order on the drinks and take payment before making the drinks? be aware!
