£16 cocktails with the impression it’s buy one get one free but it’s 1 measure of alcohol ( if that! ) shared between 2 glasses. £10,60 for chicken strippers starters and all you get is 6 little pieces. Not even a breast worth. Explains why the place was half empty on a Friday night. I’d give it 6 months and this place will have closed down. Quality and portion sizes really gone down hill. Won’t be coming back here. £172 for 3 adults starter and main course and couple of drinks. And that included 25% discount voucher I had

This has to be the most over rated expensive food restaurant i have ever eaten in. 2 for one cocktails is £16. Who pays £16 in Braintree for anything. It’s like London prices but Tesco blue stripe quality

Nobody to seat us on arrival had to find a member of staff, he didn’t seem particularly interested, next member of staff wasn’t particularly interested either, menu is very expensive for junk food, what looked like two teenagers in the kitchen was off putting, nobody came to even take a drinks order so we decided to leave and go to Bill’s just across the road and were greeted with a warm welcome.

Walked in it was very quiet as was expecting for time of evening. Was greeted by Mandy who was also or server meet us with a smile and was very polite. Mandy had to wait on other table but dealt with us in a prompt manner. Starters come out and was all fine but Mandy also checked to see if everything was. Then mains come out and there was a bit of an issue which we pointed out and Mandy rectified this quickly and maintained professional Custer service

i come in for a drink after work fairly often and every time im served by kiarah, i know its gonna be a good day !! the drinks are always top notch and consistent, and the chit chat with her is always so fun :) shes a great asset and always recommends new and fresh stuff for me !!

Very dissapointed the Fridays™ Sesame Chicken Strips were dry and the Glazed Double Stack Burger lacked cheese. Both dishes were served warm / tepid and offered poor value for money in my opinion. The ribs went down well though. Not worth the £115.
I loved the food, the space, the atmosphere but the best was the waiter Tiago who with his sympathy and kindness made us feel like we were at home.

Came here for dinner last night and had a lovely meal with my family for my Dads birthday, the Server who handled our orders was kind and professional and all our orders came out correct and in a timely fashion and was all lovely, with a reasonable price too! Thanks a lot to Chris our server and the team behind the food!

I don’t get the pricing? It’s extortionate! For below standard food. We went n a Saturday evening, I had a veggie burger and small soggy chips that was £18! Small portions, really slow service you spend the whole time trying to catch attention for refills, sauces, more menus etc. my cutlery was dirtyI don’t get it, and we won’t be returning.Vegetarian options: I burger and graham wings that I couldn’t afford at £22 per dish!

Went today had luke warm wings, then a cold burger with a stale bun, cheesy chips served on a plate that looked 20 years old. Can honestly say it was awful food. The menu has changed too, seems to be much less choice, however still pricey for what it is!
